  1. 100 winners will receive a Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Night Cream (50g) in the post, for which Burt's Bees are responsible for. Delivery of the product may take up to two weeks from the winners being notified.
  2. By entering this competition you are automatically subscribed to receive Emerald Street if you are not already signed up.
  3. You can only win the prize if you are still signed up to Emerald Street at the point the draw is made.
  4. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 19/01/15. No entries received after this date will be accepted. No purchase necessary. Only one online entry allowed per household, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted.
  5. Competitions are only open to UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol, tobacco or travel-related competitions, and in other cases as stated) except our employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

  12. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by email or phone within two weeks of the closing date.
  13. Detail of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked [name of competition] to ShortList Media Ltd, 26-34 Emerald Street, London WC1N 3QA, United Kingdom within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.
  14. Details of all entries will be kept on a database and will only be passed to third parties to enable analysis or the processing of the competition and prize fulfilment unless you specifically allow the data to be shared. This is the only occasion when another organisation apart from Shortlist Media will have access to your information.
