  1. The prize is for one winner and they will receive a one night stay for two people at the The St Ermin’s Hotel in the deluxe suite with dinner at ‘Adam Handling at Caxton’.  Plus a copy of ‘A Perfect Heritage’ by Penny Vincenzi.
  2. This package is based on two people sharing and cannot be altered.
  3. The prize does NOT include travel nor does it cover any additional costs.
  4. The prize is valid between 28 February 2015 to 16 January 2016. Subject to availability. Black out dates apply.
  5. The hotel stay and dinner is non transferable and is valid for one stay in the deluxe suite only
  6. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and the prize winner notified via email within 14 days of the competition closing date.
  7. The winner must respond accepting within ten days of notification. Failure to respond by this time will result in their prize becoming void and Emerald Street will draw another winner at random.
  8. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 3/03/15. No entries received after this date will be accepted. No purchase necessary. Only one entry allowed per household.

Penny Vincenzi and St Ermins Hotel are responsible for the provision of the prize and ShortList Media will not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered.
  22. The winner may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability.

Details of all entries will be kept on a database and will only be passed to third parties to enable analysis or the processing of the competition and prize fulfilment unless you specifically allow the data to be shared. This is the only occasion when another organisation apart from Shortlist Media will have access to your information.
  24. Any use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
