1. This competition closes at 11.59pm on 26 August 2015. There are five prizes to be won in total. Each prize includes four premium tickets to see Ghostbusters at The Luna Cinema at Battersea Park on Tuesday 8 September 2015 and an overnight stay based on four people sharing a luxury suite or two twin luxury suites at SO Park Battersea Studio, London, on the same night, for one night only. This prize is non-refundable and valid for the night of Tuesday 8 September 2015 only. No alternative dates shall be provided. Please check the So Park Battersea Studio’s website for hotel information and check in/check out details. Each prize also includes travel for four people from the winners’ home address to SO Park Battersea Studio Battersea Park and from SO Park Battersea Studio to The Luna Cinema venue. Travel will be provided in the format of UK rail and TFL standard-type tickets. Once each winner has provided the relevant station name, the travel tickets will be booked and sent to the winners’ relevant home addresses via recorded delivery, ahead of the film screening on Tuesday 8 September 2015. The tickets are non-refundable and once delivered to the winner, loss or theft of the tickets is the winner’s responsibility. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in respect to travel beyond these terms. Each prize also includes samples of the Starbucks Discoveries® Seattle Latte product to the winners’ home address via recorded delivery. The prize does not include travel insurance, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners. Winning entrants will be notified by email up to one week after the competition closes. If the winner has not responded within 48 hours of being informed of their winning entry, they will be forfeited and Starbucks reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from entries that were received during the valid dates. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.
